The Cleary Library is part of a large consortium of academic libraries which pull together to offer research assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When you initiate a chat session through this service, you will likely talk to an academic librarian within the state of Michigan. It's possible, though, that someone elsewhere in the United States, Canada, or even the UK may help you.
Rest assured that you will receive good help! Your local librarian (Jane Scales) will receive a copy of the chat transcript so she can follow up with you and help you further if necessary.
